Westchester Supreme Court's Matrimonial Mediation Program
May 18th, 2010 Eli Uncyk was selected to serve on the roster of the Westchester Supreme Court's Matrimonial Mediation Program.

Election to Board of Directors of New York State Divorce Mediation Council (NYSCDM)
First elected in March 2003, and then reelected in May 2005, Eli Uncyk now serves on the Board of Directors of NYSCDM.

U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District Of New York
On March 4, 2003, Eli Uncyk was appointed to a three-year term as a Mediator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District Of New York.
